About The Role
As the Performance Marketing Manager, you'll lead the end-to-end performance marketing strategy for our DTC beauty brands, Esmi Skin Minerals and Nude by Nature, driving profitable growth through customer acquisition, retention support and revenue optimisation. Reporting to the Head of Digital Experience, you'll deliver strong commercial outcomes across paid digital channels, partnering with eCommerce, Brand, Creative, CRM, Finance, Product and agency teams to optimise performance across the full funnel. You'll own paid media strategy and execution, manage agencies, lead testing and optimisation, deliver clear reporting and insights, and support key trading moments and product launches.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the performance marketing strategy across all paid channels including Meta, Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube), TikTok and emerging platforms
- Lead agency partners on planning, execution, optimisation and innovation across channels
- Oversee the end-to-end process of campaign creation from briefing through to deployment
- Own media spend contribution to the DTC P&L, with a strong focus on efficiency and ROI.
- Ownership of paid media performance including ROAS, CPA, CAC, CVR, AOV and revenue contribution
Skills & Experience - 5+ years' experience in performance or digital marketing, ideally within DTC, beauty, fashion or retail.
- Hands-on experience across Meta, Google and TikTok.
- Proven experience owning and optimising paid media budgets.
- Proficient in Google Analytics and other web analytical tools
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset with proven ability to optimise performance outcomes.
- High-energy self-starter as well as collaborative team player.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
