Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure all potential products are managed through the portfolio management stage gate process and are added to the pipeline database. Includes generic, differentiated generic andNCE products, changeovers and partnerships.
- Monitoring of portfolio management process, chasing up outstanding actions and escalating when products not meeting their planned timelines.
- Manage the pipeline database and ensuring that all data is complete and up to date prior to products moving to the next stage gate
- Lead Portfolio Management Meetings and capture actions, risks and minutes as necessary.
- Assist BD team members with any questions and uploading of data in Track Via (offers, supplier details, product specific data)
- Track and make recommendations on which projects can progress to the next stage
- Administer and update the TrackVia pipeline database as necessary.
- Ensure all necessary pipeline data including timelines and commercial information is downloaded on a regular basis to enable
- reporting of pipeline in PowerBI.
- Contribute to regular BD reports such as quarterly/monthly reports.
- Any other ad-hoc reports and analyses as reasonably requested
Experience - Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar Analyst, Project Management or Business Development position in the pharmaceutical industry. Sciences or a related field.
- Ability to clearly present analysis and solutions.
- Strong influencing skills, with the ability to provide direction, motivate and engage others in the achievement of goals.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, with the ability to create innovative workable solutions; proactive anticipation of needs, with the ability to foresee challenges and problems, and taking action to prevent them.
- Excellent multi-tasking skills, with the ability to pivot concentration smoothly and entirely from one activity to another.
- Demonstrates high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, with a focus on quality in all work and activities
