About the Role:
We are seeking a Consultant – Pharmacy Programs & Services to support the development, review and optimisation of AXE Health’s portfolio of medical, health and educational content. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality, evidence-based materials across patient programs, healthcare professional education, pharmacy training modules, digital campaigns and partner initiatives.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, external partners and Compliance, you will contribute strong medical writing expertise while ensuring content is developed with compliance awareness and aligned to Australian healthcare standards. This role supports AXE Health Services’ reputation as a trusted healthcare partner and leader in compliant, evidence-based communication.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop, review and refine medical, educational and patient-facing content across the AXE Health portfolio
- Ensure content accuracy, clinical relevance and clarity for intended audiences
- Apply compliance-aware writing principles aligned with TGAC, Medicines Australia Code of Conduct and internal guidelines
- Submit materials through compliance review pathways and incorporate feedback effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency and quality across programs, campaigns and training materials
- Maintain awareness of evolving clinical guidelines and support adaptation of global or partner content for Australian use
Skills & Experience: - Experience developing medical, health or educational content within healthcare, pharmaceutical or pharmacy environments
- Strong written communication skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Working knowledge of TGAC and Medicines Australia Code of Conduct (or similar regulatory frameworks)
- Ability to interpret scientific data and translate it into clear, audience-appropriate content
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to work collaboratively across functions
- Highly organised, deadline-driven and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
