About The Role
Arrotex is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Brand Manager to lead the growth of its General Medicines portfolio. This role suits a strategic marketer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment and brings a strong balance of brand leadership, commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping portfolio strategy, driving performance across prescriber and pharmacy channels, and delivering innovative, compliant marketing initiatives that support Arrotex’s ambitious growth plans
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and evolve the General Medicines portfolio strategy to deliver Arrotex’s commercial objectives across prescriber and retail pharmacy channels.
- Develop, own and execute quarterly and annual brand plans, with joint accountability for the full marketing mix and divisional P&L.
- Define clear brand positioning and equity, identifying growth opportunities across existing and new products.
- Drive go-to-market strategies for GP, specialist, hospital and retail pharmacy channels, including new product launches.
- Lead end-to-end brand and portfolio management, including forecasting, demand planning, and A&P budget management.
- Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Business Analytics and Commercial Operations to deliver financial, volume and market share targets.
- Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), prescribers, pharmacists and industry stakeholders to generate insights and drive portfolio utilisation.
- Lead the development and execution of multichannel marketing campaigns, working with agencies to translate insights into impactful initiatives with clear ROI
- Provide regular performance reporting and insights to senior leadership, proactively identifying opportunities and risks.
- Support and activate the sales organisation through clear priorities, tools and initiatives that enable commercial success.
- Manage product lifecycle forecasting, including FY and LE forecasts, launch accuracy, and mitigation strategies for over- or under-performance.
- Ensure all marketing activities are conducted in line with regulatory, legal and ethical requirements
Skills & Experience - Strong pharmaceutical marketing expertise with deep understanding of prescriber and retail pharmacy environments.
- Sound working knowledge of MA Code (v19), GBMA Code and TGA Advertising Code (No. 2) 2018.
- Highly developed stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally at all levels.
- Commercially minded, with strong analytical, forecasting and problem-solving capability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail and compliance.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced Microsoft 365 capability, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and data analysis.
- 5+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical brand or product management, ideally across prescription medicines.
- Experience working with GPs, specialists, hospitals and pharmacy customers.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects and delivering complex marketing initiatives.
- Exposure to sales, detailing, digital marketing, market research or FMCG/consumer health is highly regarded.
- Sales or pharmacy/GP detailing experience is advantageous.
