About The Role
The Community Manager is the voice and heartbeat of the brand, building and energising our community across all social platforms. You’ll lead community strategy, spark engagement and advocacy, and create culturally relevant moments that turn audiences into loyal fans—both online and in real life.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a community strategy across all social platforms, including rewards, gifting and loyalty-led initiatives.
- Build, manage and moderate community channels and closed groups across relevant platforms
- Act as the primary voice of the brand across comments, DMs and community channels.
- Deliver high-quality, on-brand engagement that reflects the brand's tone, humour and values
- Translate community learnings into recommendations for content, campaigns, new product development and process improvements.
Skills & Experience - 2-4 years' experience in a community management, social media or digital content role
- Qualification in Communications, Marketing, Media or related field (desirable but not essential)
- Demonstrated experience managing social media comments, DMs and online conversations at scale
- Experience contributing to social content ideation, planning or execution
- Exceptional written communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt tone across platforms
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, formats, behaviours and algorithms
- Background in consumer brands, culture-led or fast-moving environments preferred
