About the role:
Due to the phenomenal growth of MCoBeauty, VidaCorp is seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Manager to join our team. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for developing and executing consumer-led short- and long-term marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, market share, and profitability across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll leverage communication, new product development (NPD), and key commercial levers to deliver impactful results and elevate the MCoBeauty brand to new heights.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Support brand team to execute the marketing plans for MCoBeauty across Cosmetics, Skincare, Fragrance and new category expansion.
- Assist in developing annual strategic brand plans in conjunction with customer and category teams
- Work with the SBM on go-to-market strategies for new product launches working across product development, content/design, PR, and sales.
- Develop comprehensive launch plans that outline objectives, positioning, messaging, channel strategy, budget, timelines, and success metrics.
- Support sales with the creative development of in-store activations, point-of-sale materials, and merchandising concepts that bring the brand and campaigns to life.
- Support ABM with the development of retail catalogue ads and digital
Skills & Experience: - Minimum 3 years’ experience in brand management
- Experience in delivering high volume projects & dealing with ambiguity
- Experience managing project budgets & timelines
- Passionate about all things beauty, ideally with relevant industry experience & contacts
- High-energy self-starter as well as collaborative team player.
