About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage a large pharmacy network of stores, driving distribution, brand visibility and sales growth. You will complete around 30 quality outbound calls per day, building strong relationships with pharmacy owners, staff and key decision-makers.
You’ll execute distribution and brand growth strategies, support new product launches, and ensure strong product availability and shelf presence. Performance is measured against distribution, growth and conversion targets, with insights shared to support broader business priorities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage a network of approximately 2,182 stores across the assigned territory.
- Conduct an average of 30 quality calls per day
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy staff and decision-makers to drive sell-in and brand visibility.
- Execute distribution and brand growth strategies in line with company objectives.
- Achieve distribution targets and support new product launches to expand market reach.
- Monitor product availability and ensure optimal shelf presence across the network.
- Track performance against distribution, growth, and conversion targets.
- Report sales performance based on a mix of distribution targets and brand growth percentage to reflect true market penetration.
- Provide insights from field activity to support marketing and supply chain alignment.
- Participate in a quarterly incentive program with a commission structure based on achieving defined targets ($3,000 per quarter).
- Contribute to quarterly OTC priorities set for the entire team, including CX collaboration.
- Maintain alignment with the RX team, operating under the existing rank-based incentive model for that channel.
Skills & Experience: - Minimum 1 year's sales experience in a similar role
- Proven sales experience within the pharmaceutical, OTC, or FMCG industry, with a track record of achieving growth and distribution targets.
- Strong relationship-building skills with pharmacy owners, staff, and key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities to drive brand presence and conversion.
- Commercially minded with the ability to analyse sales performance and market trends.
- Highly organised and results-driven, capable of managing a large call volume and meeting quarterly objectives.
