About The Role 
 As a People, Performance & Culture (PPC) Business Partner, you will partner closely with leaders in the Arrotex business  to deliver people strategies that build capability, drive performance, and foster a safe, inclusive, and compliant workplace.
This role is critical in aligning people outcomes with DBG Health’s vision and Arrotex’s operational and regulatory requirements, supporting leaders through a period of significant growth and transformation.

Role & Responsibilities 

• Partner with leaders and managers to deliver end-to-end People, Performance & Culture support aligned to business and pharmaceutical industry objectives.
• Coach and enable leaders in performance management, engagement, workforce planning, succession planning, and organisational design.
• Provide trusted advice on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with industrial relations legislation and pharmaceutical regulatory standards.
• Analyse people metrics and trends to inform solutions that enhance performance, capability, and culture across the business.
• Support recruitment, remuneration advice, and talent decisions to attract and retain high-performing teams.
• Lead and contribute to PPC initiatives and projects that support organisational change, growth, and operational excellence.

Skills & Experience 

• Proven experience in a People Partner, HR Business Partner, or PPC role, ideally within pharmaceuticals, healthcare, manufacturing or FMCG.
• Strong working knowledge of Australian employment legislation, industrial relations, and employee relations case management.
• Demonstrated ability to coach leaders and influence stakeholders at all levels in a fast-paced, commercial environment.
• Experience supporting performance management, organisational change, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret people data and translate insights into practical solutions.
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
