The Operations division brings together Information Technology, Supply Chain, Finance, the Project Management Office, and Scientific Affairs to support and enable all key divisions across the group. About the Role
The role is responsible for providing effective end-to-end project management across DBG initiatives, including projects involving Jedox, Logility and Blueshift platforms for an initial 6mth Contract.
Given the current maturity of DBG's project delivery capability, the role may also encompass elements of business analysis, solution design, training and change management to support successful delivery and adoption.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Operations projects, applying the DBG Project Management Framework across initiation, planning, governance, risk & issue management, change management and closure.
- Ensure effective project governance and reporting, including schedule management, stakeholder communication, and escalation of risks and issues.
- Embed business change management practices to support adoption and successful outcomes across Operations initiatives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the DBG Project Management Framework, including standards, processes, tools and promoting consistent adherence.
- Support and strengthen the DBG Project Management team by contributing to community initiatives, events and capability uplift activities.
Skills & Experience - 5-10 years' project and change management experience. Capability to deliver projects across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid environments, including hands-on change implementation and business adoption.
- Highly effective communicator and influencer, able to engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives, and influence outcomes without direct authority.
- Broad delivery skillset, including business analysis, requirements gathering, data migration and practical use of PMO / project management tools to drive outcomes.
- Commercially and operationally aware, with exposure to enterprise platforms such as supply chain and financial planning tools (e.g. Logility, Blueshift, Jedox) and understanding of regulated environments (pharmaceutical experience desirable).
- Appropriate qualifications and certifications, including a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, with project management certifications (PPMI, SAFe, PMBOK) considered advantageous.
