About the Role
We are seeking an Associate Brand Manager to play a key supporting role in delivering brand strategy, campaign execution, and medical content for a major oncology pharmaceutical client within AXE Health Services.
Working closely with the Medical Brand Manager, designers, medical writers, and cross-functional stakeholders, this role supports the implementation of tactical brand plans across HCP, digital, and educational channels. You will manage day-to-day marketing activity, coordinate content development, support reporting and insights, and ensure high-quality execution across oncology initiatives.
This role also includes travel for GP Virtual Sales engagement, including in-person visits to GP clinics to support non-promotional education and program delivery.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of brand plans, value propositions, scientific narratives, and annual campaign frameworks
- Translate clinical, competitive, and market insights into actionable brand strategies and tactical plans
- Assist with go-to-market strategy, campaign phasing, and execution across HCP and relevant patient channels
- Coordinate campaign delivery across digital platforms including Mailchimp, Google, and other HCP-facing channels
- Assist in producing engaging, compliant marketing materials across print, event, and digital formats
- Draft, review, and proofread copy for campaigns, websites, presentations, and events
- Collaborate with internal design teams, agencies, medical writers, and subject matter experts to ensure brand consistency
- Act as a key point of contact for the oncology pharmaceutical client
- Coordinate cross-functional execution and manage timelines, approvals, and workflows
- Support tracking, measurement, and reporting of campaign performance and KPIs
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimise campaign effectiveness
- Assist with client budget management, forecasting, and financial tracking to ensure efficient resource allocation
Skills & Experience - 2–3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical, medical marketing, or healthcare
- Experience supporting field team sales or field team execution
- Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
- Proven ability to execute campaigns and report on performance metrics
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva
- Working knowledge of digital marketing tools and channels including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Mailchimp, and WordPress
