About The Role:
The Senior Partnerships Associate plays a pivotal role in Arrotex's customer-first Strategic Partnerships model. This role champions strong, proactive relationships with our brand pharma partners and supports the seamless delivery of partnership commitments that create shared value for partners, customers, and patients.
Acting as a key connection point between partners, internal teams, and market insights, the Senior Partnerships Associate manages day-to-day alliance activity, supports partner engagement, and ensures an exceptional experience across the partnership lifecycle. This includes coordinating reporting and performance management, supporting contract processes, shaping proposals and lifecycle strategies, and leading the early stages of implementation for new business.
At its core, this is a role that ensures our partnerships work in practice: meeting partner expectations, anticipating needs, and continuously optimising collaboration to strengthen Arrotex's reputation as a trusted and customer-led partner. With a collaborative, solutions-oriented, and accountable approach, the Senior Partnerships Associate contributes directly to mutually beneficial growth, outstanding partner experience, and long-term commercial success.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture partnership relationships, leading implementation of new partnerships, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring contract obligations and partner satisfaction are consistently met.
- Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities, contributing to business cases and financial modelling, and assisting with negotiation and commercialisation activities.
- Contribute to brand and lifecycle management through market insights, competitive intelligence, performance tracking, and collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
- Prepare and maintain partnership reporting and financial oversight, ensuring accurate forecasting, data management, and tracking against revenue and P&L expectations.
- Commit to ongoing professional development, maintaining up-to-date product, market, and industry knowledge to strengthen partnership and commercial capability.
- Ensure compliance, safety, and administrative accuracy, adhering to internal policies, WHS requirements, timely reporting, and completion of administrative tasks.
Skills & Experience: - Proven sales, key account, and strategic partnerships capability (3+ years), with a warm, personable style and experience engaging clients face-to-face.
- Minimum 5yrs experience with Marketing and brand strategy, with the ability to articulate strategy to partners and operate at a high "helicopter view" while managing multiple clients.
- Strong commercial and market understanding, able to interpret industry dynamics, lead with facts, and build insight-driven recommendations over time.
- Deep knowledge of the Australian pharmaceutical landscape, including PBS operations, regulatory frameworks, and MA/TGA advertising requirements. Experience working in alternative, highly regulated environments will be considered.
- Effective communicator who adapts easily to different stakeholder levels, building rapport, trust, and credibility across internal and external audiences.
- Capable of coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder work, applying strong organisational, commercial, and problem-solving skills.
- Balanced interpersonal and strategic acumen, combining relationship warmth with analytical thinking to deliver value across partnerships, sales, and brand-led initiatives.
