About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, service focused and highly organised People Performance and Culture Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for the PPC Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering a positive and seamless employee experience and be the custodian of our PPC processes, systems and data.
A Day in the Life: Your Responsibilities
· Core PPC Support: Act as the first point of contact, managing the PPC inbox and responding promptly and professionally to all employee enquiries.
· Employee Lifecycle: Prepare all employment contracts and letters, manage cyclical processes and coordinate the full exit process, including interviews and monthly reporting.
· Systems & Data Management: Own our PPC system, ensuring all workforce data is accurate and up to date. You'll also maintain and update all PPC policies, forms, and templates.
· Engagement & Benefits: Champion our reward & recognition programs, from coordinating the nomination process and rewards to developing comms. You'll also manage the employee benefits program, acting as the main point of contact and conducting annual reviews.
· Internal Communications: Facilitate internal communications, ensuring they are clear, engaging, and aligned with our brand guidelines.
Skills & Experience
· Proven experience in an HR / People & Culture coordination or administration role.
· Exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail (especially in preparing documents and managing data).
· A proactive, customer-focused approach with the ability to manage competing priorities.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
· High levels of emotional intelligence, discretion, and integrity.
· Experience with an HRIS (familiarity with ELMO is a huge plus).
· The ability to work autonomously while also being a collaborative team player.
· A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
