About the role: 
As a Senior Regulatory Affairs Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet all regulatory requirements and industry best practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support the product development, submissions, and compliance activities. Role & Responsibilities: 

• Evaluate ingredients and manage records to maintain compliance with Australian AICIS regulations.
• Prepare and maintain essential regulatory documents, including Product Information Files (PIFs) and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
• Review and approve product labels, formulations, and supporting documents to ensure they meet relevant ANZ regulatory requirements.
• Gather and validate evidence to support product claims.
• Identify necessary product changes to meet legal and regulatory requirements.
• Stay informed of personal care and cosmetic regulations within ANZ and globally, supporting the expansion of Australian brands into overseas markets.
• Monitor regulatory trends and emerging issues, conducting product category research to assess risks and advising on appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Provide guidance, advice, mentorship, and support for team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture

  
Skills & Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Chemistry, Pharmacy, Life Sciences).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in regulatory affairs within the personal care, cosmetics, or related industries.
• In-depth knowledge of ANZ regulatory requirements for personal care and cosmetic products.
• Experience with product registration, labelling, and compliance documentation.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• The ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Familiarity with international regulatory requirements for personal care and cosmetics, especially within US and European regions.
