About The Role:
 
Join DBG Health as our Business Analysis Manager, leading the enterprise BA function to ensure business needs are clearly understood, prioritised, and translated into impactful technology and process solutions.
 
You'll shape the frameworks and methodologies that guide business analysis across major transformation programs, including ERP, HCM, CRM, AI, data, and digital platforms. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, partnering across business units and technology teams to drive clarity, alignment, and measurable value. 
 
Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise business analysis across major programs (ERP, HCM, CRM, AI, data, digital), ensuring alignment between business needs and technology solutions.
• Define and govern BA frameworks, standards, and tools for requirements management, process mapping, and traceability across the organisation.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable requirements and drive value-focused outcomes.
• Champion stakeholder engagement, facilitating workshops and ensuring strong business ownership and accountability of deliverables.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing BA team, driving capability growth, resource planning, and continuous improvement.
• Assure quality and governance through benefits validation, compliance with PMO standards, and consistent documentation of business value.

Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years leading business analysis across large-scale technology transformations (ERP, CRM, HCM, data, or digital).
• Skilled in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and translating business objectives into actionable solutions.
• Proven ability to coach BA teams, facilitate workshops, and engage effectively with executives and stakeholders.
• Experienced with BA and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, Visio) and familiar with enterprise ecosystems.
• Degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field, plus BA certification (CBAP/CCBA) and Agile/Scrum credentials.
• Experience in regulated industries (pharma, healthcare), service design or Lean methods, and change management (PROSCI or equivalent) is highly regarded.
