About the role:
The Support & Operations Lead will partner with the Product Manager to drive the technology operations strategy for critical enterprise platforms across the business. Acting as a key link between internal teams and external partners, they will oversee daily monitoring and maintenance of integrations and core Supply Chain and Finance systems, coordinating global support teams to enhance platform stability and performance.
With a focus on continuous improvement, they’ll also build user capability and adoption of ERP and connected platforms, empowering teams to self-serve and operate efficiently.
