About the role:
Arrotex is looking for a Key Account Manager to drive sales and growth of our Hospital Injectable Generic Portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to partner with Directors of Pharmacy, Procurement Managers, and key health professionals across New South Wales, building strong strategic relationships and ensuring the successful launch and growth of products that make a real difference to patient care.
Role & Responsibilities:
Sales & Growth
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for the hospital injectable portfolio.
- Identify new business opportunities and execute growth strategies.
- Negotiate account-level contracts ahead of tenders.
- Monitor wholesaler stock levels and ensure contract compliance.
Strategic Account Management - Develop long-term partnerships with hospital purchasers and health bodies.
- Maintain monthly Key Account Plans and analyse sales/competitor data.
Customer Engagement & Influence - Build strong relationships with hospital stakeholders.
- Engage clinically with key departments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally within Arrotex/Juno to support strategies.
Professional Development & Compliance - Maintain therapeutic knowledge and industry expertise.
- Comply with workplace health, safety, and compliance requirements
Skills & Experience: - Strategic thinking, planning, and tactical execution of marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven success in pharmaceutical sales, preferably within the Australian hospital market.
- Commercial Key Account Management experience (preferred).
- Strong commercial acumen, with therapeutic area expertise.
- Tertiary qualifications in Science/Medical or Business/Marketing.
- Valid full driver’s licence.
- Willingness to travel across NSW (with occasional interstate travel).
