About The Role:
 
Join our dynamic Supply Chain team as a Logistics Administrator and keep our distribution running smoothly. In this hands-on role, you'll manage and process key logistics data to ensure accuracy, timeliness and seamless operations.
 
You'll monitor delivery schedules, track inventory movements, report deviations, and proactively resolve issues, ensuring data integrity and supporting Logistics Coordinators and the wider team. Detail-minded and proactive, you'll be at the heart of keeping our logistics on track.
 
Role & Responsibilities:

• Collect and verify key logistics metrics internally and with 3PL providers, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with reporting requirements (S8, poisons licences, inventory adjustments, transport reporting).
• Assist Logistics Coordinators with delivery issues, customer returns, inventory problems, claims assessments and other daily problem-solving tasks.
• Oversee operational checks (FEFO, con-note errors, stock adjustments, LOT/DOT performance, late PO exceptions, shipper labels), escalating issues and driving corrective action with 3PL partners.
• Work with customers and 3PLs to arrange freight, follow up deliveries, and maintain accurate records.
• Build and manage a structured schedule for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual logistics tasks, audits, reports, licences and certifications.
• Partner with Logistics Coordinators, Team Leaders, Managers and 3PLs to ensure smooth operations, root cause analysis, continuous improvement and timely reporting.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience or emerging knowledge in Supply Chain distribution, warehouse, inventory or customer service roles (pharmaceutical, FMCG or grocery environment desirable).
• Strong Microsoft Office 365 capability (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint etc.), with advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, formulas). Familiarity with ERP or inventory systems advantageous.
• Proven skill in managing deadlines, priorities and multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Inquisitive mindset, strong deductive reasoning, able to analyse and present data, identify root causes, and recommend improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, active listening, ability to influence, negotiate and work effectively across teams and with external partners.
• Tertiary studies or supply chain certifications (e.g. APICS) desirable, plus a strong work ethic, willingness to learn and a long-term interest in a supply chain career.
