About The Role:
 
As Integration Lead, you'll shape and deliver the integrations that power our business. Working closely with the Product Manager, you'll manage the full integration lifecycle from platform selection, development, testing, deployment and replacement, while ensuring systems are stable, high-performing and future-ready.
 
You'll partner with internal teams and external vendors to monitor and maintain daily operations, identify opportunities for improvement, and introduce innovative solutions. At the same time, you'll empower business users to adopt and self-serve on integration platforms, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement across the organisation.
 
Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop roadmaps and manage the full lifecycle of system integrations (design, implementation, testing, deployment and replacement).
• Work across teams to implement secure, compliant integrations aligned with organisational policies.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues, apply updates, and improve system performance and stability.
• Assess current integration processes and recommend innovative solutions to optimise efficiency and user experience.
• Participate in professional development and build understanding of therapeutic areas, industry trends and company policies.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong leadership, collaboration and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with middleware integration technologies, cloud-based systems, APIs, EDI and iPaaS platforms (e.g. Celigo) and familiarity with NetSuite ERP SaaS or Microsoft Business Central ERP.
• Proven track record managing external vendors and internal stakeholders across multiple projects, priorities and methodologies (e.g. Waterfall, Agile).
• Exposure to FMCG or retail industries with a sound understanding of finance and supply chain processes (highly regarded).
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and other business software tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field (or equivalent experience).
