About the Role:  
Imagine swapping the four walls of a store for the open road, stunning coastlines, and meaningful pharmacy partnerships. As a Territory Manager, you’ll be out and about travelling from Coffs Harbour throughout the Mid North Coast, visiting pharmacies, building genuine relationships, and making a real impact.

With one country trip a month and plenty of variety, this role is all about connection, influence, and driving commercial success while enjoying the freedom of fieldwork.

Your mission? Maximise member value, strengthen engagement, and support compliance-all while being the trusted partner that pharmacies turn to.

  
Role & Responsibilities:

• Hit the road and build lasting relationships with pharmacy teams that drive retention, renewals, and deeper engagement.
• Coach and support pharmacies to improve customer experience and boost commercial outcomes.
• Be the go-to partner who connects members with programs and services that deliver real value.
• Spot opportunities, solve problems, and create tailored business plans that align with member goals.
• Add value in every visit, building trust and creating partnerships that last.

Skills & Experience: 

• 2-3 years in account management or customer-facing roles (pharmacy/pharma experience is a huge plus).
• Emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills that help you connect easily and influence effectively.
• An organised, proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• A good understanding of Community Pharmacy and the PBS landscape.
• A genuine passion for helping members succeed.
