About the role
As Senior ERP Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining DBG Health’s ERP solutions across the business. Reporting to the Product Manager, you will be responsible for system selection, development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
This is a highly collaborative role working with internal stakeholders and external vendors, while also coaching an ERP Engineer direct report to build capability across the business. You will balance day-to-day ERP monitoring and maintenance with driving system enhancements that support DBG Health’s growth and stability.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to develop ERP strategies and product roadmaps.
- Ensure ERP platforms are secure, compliant, and aligned with organisational policies.
- Manage SDLC, development backlogs, and technology changes.
- Identify and resolve ERP system issues; schedule and apply updates.
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders and vendors to deliver system enhancements.
- Oversee testing and deployment of developments in line with agreed standards.
- Monitor ERP performance and recommend solutions to meet operational needs.
- Build capability of direct reports and business users to increase adoption and self-serve capacity.
- Ensure compliance with DBG Health’s WHS and Safety & Wellbeing policies.
Skills & Experience - Strong leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of ERP platforms including NetSuite OneWorld, Celigo iPaaS, Microsoft Business Central / Dynamics.
- Technical skills across JavaScript, SQL, XML, JSON, REST.
- Good understanding of finance and inventory management modules.
- Experience with ERP implementations and cloud-based systems.
- Exposure to Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- FMCG or retail industry experience advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems (or similar).
