About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Artwork Coordinator to join our Regulatory & Quality team on a casual basis. This role is critical in ensuring that all product packaging and artwork meet regulatory, quality, and branding requirements. You’ll work across multiple brands and projects, coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to manage artwork approvals from concept through to print. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong understanding of artwork processes, labelling standards, and regulatory compliance—especially within cosmetics or FMCG—this is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a growing global business.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Review and approve product artwork and labels for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with labelling and brand guidelines
- Manage multiple artwork projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project timelines
- Collaborate closely with suppliers to ensure correct and approved artworks are printed and used
- Monitor and interpret changes in regulatory and labelling requirements, supporting gap assessments and updates as needed
- Maintain clear and accurate records of artwork versions, approvals, and compliance documentation
- Identify and support the implementation of process improvements to enhance artwork development and approval workflows
Skills & Experience: - Experience in artwork coordination, packaging, or regulatory/quality roles, ideally within cosmetics, personal care, or FMCG industries
- Strong understanding of product labelling requirements and regulatory compliance
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Proficiency in document control systems and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with artwork approval software or tools is desirable
