About the role:
We're on the lookout for a driven and detail-oriented National Account Executive – Win & Retain to join our Key Accounts team based in Richmond, Melbourne. Reporting to the National Business Manager – Win & Retain, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting tender and contract management, business development analytics, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Legal, Supply Chain and Commercial Operations. This is a high-impact role that supports our efforts to retain and win customers in both the prescription (Rx) and over-the-counter (OTC) segments.
 
Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and submission of tender and contract documentation
• Maintain business development trackers, SOPs and templates
• Collate data and insights to support tender and customer reporting using BI tools, NostraData, Intellipharm, and IQVIA
• Support the OTC BD cycle with training materials and process guidance
• Process and manage free stock orders aligned to agreements
• Assist with presentations and contribute to internal meetings
• Manage CRM data integrity and perform regular reviews
• Provide general support to Business Development and Key Account teams

 
Skills & Experience:

• 2–3 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in sales, key account or territory management
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data and draw insights
• Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across multiple functions
• Proven experience in building business relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Science or related field (highly regarded)
