About the Role:  
The Marketing Coordinator will support catalogues, seasonal promotions, CRM onboarding, and reporting, as well as assist with additional marketing-related activities and projects as assigned.   

Role & Responsibilities: 

• Plan and execute campaigns including catalogue development (specifically focusing on Catalyst), ensuring accuracy, visual appeal, and adherence to brand guidelines.  
• Coordinate with design, key stakeholders and production teams to meet deadlines and budget constraints. 
• Conduct market research each month to identify trends and opportunities for catalogue improvements. 
• Plan and execute all digital related assets for each campaign. 
• Develop and execute strategies for seasonal promotions, including creative concepts, promotional materials, and campaign timelines.
• Collaborate with both the commercial and customer teams to ensure an effective promotion that drives traffic into pharmacies.

Skills & Experience: 

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or communications
• 1-3 years of experience in campaign management, retail merchandising, or marketing coordination.
• Experience managing multiple projects or campaigns simultaneously, with proven success in meeting deadlines and delivering results.
• Ticketing experience within a retail space, although not required, will be favoured. 
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign strategies, and product positioning.
• Ability to analyse sales data, track performance metrics, and derive insights to optimise campaigns.
• Strong organisational skills to manage timelines, coordinate with teams, and ensure campaigns are executed smoothly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for liaising with stakeholders and managing team alignment.
• Proficiency with marketing tools, data analytics platforms and online platforms.
