About the role:
The Project Coordinator is a 6-month fixed term contract. This person will assist the Project Team Manager with organising and controlling assigned project activities, through pro-active engagement with stakeholders, to deliver defined business goals. The Project Coordinator will also contribute to the development and optimisation of Vidacorp’s project management tools, processes and systems, to optimise work practices and enable delivery of projects to their agreed timelines.
 
 
 
Role & Responsibilities:

• Support project planning and scheduling.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify and document project goals, scope, deliverables and estimated timeframes.
• Construct project schedules with input from stakeholders, recording project assumptions, risks and opportunities.
• Communicate required project activities and timings to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Assist in the development and socialisation of project templates, tools, guidelines, and process flows.
• Utilise project lessons-learned reviews to refine and optimise project templates and tools.

 
 
 
 
Skills & Experience:

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or relevant discipline.
• Experience working on a project team(s); such as a Project Coordinator, Subject Matter Expert (SME), Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Ability to develop project scope, responsibilities, requirements, and risk management plans, in order to deliver goals to the agreed timeframes.
• Strong pro-active interpersonal and communication skills to foster excellent working relationships with SMEs at all levels of the organisation.
• Strong deductive reasoning skills, using reason and logic to come to conclusions, validate information and make informed decisions about a situation.
