About the role:

Due to rapid growth and expansion into the US and UK market, we are on the lookout for 3x Product Developers to join our MCoBeauty team. 
  
The Product Developer is responsible for creating and enhancing products that meet customer needs and market demands. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch innovative products.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Project manage large volume of products all at different stages of the development
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences
• Create detailed product specifications and prototypes
• Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are met
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams
• Monitor product performance and make necessary adjustments
• Ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Conduct testing and validation of products
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback
• Present product concepts and updates to senior management
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
• Identify opportunities for product improvements and innovations

Skills & Experience:

• Minimal 3 years experience developing consumer products FMCG brand or agency 
• Demonstrated experience in the beauty and/or personal care industry 
• Hands on experience developing volume products with offshore manufactures
• Ability to project manage high volume of SKUs annually 
• Creative, able to identify trends with a commercial lens
• Exceptional project management and time management skills, attention to detail
• Fantastic at problem-solving and critical thinking
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship skill including off offshore manufacturers 
  
• Focus on continuous improvement
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams
