About the role:
The Senior Product Developer at VidaCorp plays a crucial role in driving cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance innovation. Reporting to the Head of Product – MCo, this hands-on position is responsible for developing new products from concept to launch, leveraging market trends, ingredient innovations, and consumer insights
 
 
Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of colour cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance products from concept to launch.
• Formulate innovative products using the latest trends, technologies, and ingredients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product development with brand vision and consumer needs.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive opportunities, and consumer preferences.
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure efficient development processes.

 
 
Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of hands-on product development experience in the beauty industry.
• Expertise in cosmetic formulation, ingredient innovations, and market trends.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with overseas suppliers, particularly in Asia (preferred).
• Degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
