About the role:
The Digital Marketing Manager role is based in our Sydney CBD office and will drive & execute our paid strategies across SEM, Social, and Affiliate activity. You will be responsible for managing campaign performance, optimizing ROI, and identifying growth opportunities across key channels. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with broader business goals, analyzing data to deliver actionable insights, and staying ahead of industry trends to ensure innovative and effective marketing strategies.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with broader team and client to collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize Chempro's operations and business strategies.
- Work on predictive and prescriptive analytics projects using statistical and machine learning techniques.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security while following industry best practices.
Skills & Experience: We're looking for an experienced PERFORMANCE MANAGER with at least 2-3 years behind them to drive & execute our paid strategies across SEM, Social & Affiliate activity. A paid digital all-rounder. Would suit an agency mind who wants to come in house and that wants to grow as we grow. Apart from strong proficiency in MS Office suite, you will be experienced in the Google suite (Ads, GTM, Analytics etc) and have proven results with TikTok paid media. An advantage would be experience providing strategic plans for paid social campaigns across channels such as META, Tiktok, YouTube, Pinterest & LinkedIn. You’ll have no hesitation communicating to all levels within the business, are collaborative in your approach, creative in driving results, love what you do and want a career in beauty.
