About the role:
Reporting into the Chief People Officer, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Performance, People and Culture Manager to join our team at DBG Health. As the Performance, People and Culture Manager for your respective division, you will play a key role in shaping our culture and fostering a positive and engaging work environment.

 
Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement People & Culture strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
• Create and manage employee development programs to support career growth and skill development
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and high levels of employee satisfaction
• Handle employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
• Provide guidance and input on role and teams structures,
  workforce planning, talent management and succession
  planning.
• Provide accurate and timely industrial and employee relations
  advice to people managers and team members
• Partner with the Capability Manager to identify learning and
  training strategies to address development needs.
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders and team
  members based on credibility and open communication.
• Manage a team of up to 3 - People & Culture Business Partners & Coordinators

 
Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, within health or pharmaceutical industry highly desirable but not essential
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures, employment laws and legislations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build partnerships, shape culture and influence internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism
• Exceptional leadership and decision-making capabilities to lead diverse teams and stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field desirable.
