About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts in our Wellness portfolio. This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and loyalty in a competitive and fast-paced market. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of beauty trends, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven ability to execute strategic marketing initiatives that achieve measurable outcomes. This role is focusing on both local and international markets.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth, product sales, and customer engagement.
- Identify market opportunities and align marketing efforts with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Oversee the ideation, planning, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, PR, influencer collaborations, events, and traditional advertising.
- Monitor performance analytics and adjust campaigns to optimize results.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with digital marketing, product development, sales, and skin service teams to ensure cohesive messaging and initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer behaviours, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct market research and customer surveys to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.
Skills & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 7-10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role in the skincare, beauty, or personal care industry.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Experience managing budgets and delivering measurable results.
- Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
