About the role:  

The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence, improve our marketing efforts, and engage with our community. This role requires a creative thinker with a passion for beauty, a deep understanding of social media platforms, and the ability to drive engagement and conversions.
  
Role & Responsibilities: 

• Define the most important social media KPI’s.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Create, curate, and manage all published content.
• Oversee the production of high-quality content, including product photos, makeup tutorials, beauty tips and user-generated content.
• Foster and grow online communities across social media platforms.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns.
• Provide regular reports on social media metrics.

 
Skills & Experience: 

• Strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest.
• Strong visual and creative skills
• Ability to analyse data and use insights to drive engagement and conversations.
• Proficient in social media management tools.
• Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
• A passion for beauty and staying updated on the industry trends.
• Creative and innovative thinker.
