About the role:
The Events and Communications Coordinator plans and coordinate key activities to deliver high-impact IPA events and ensures that sponsored industry events sponsored maximise sponsorship benefits.  
  
Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage event plans and timelines 
• Develop and manage communications in relation to events to internal and external stakeholders 
• Measure and report on event satisfaction 
• Manage event budgets 

Skills & Experience:

• A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not essential. 
• Min 2yrs in marketing, communications or public relation experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications – Powerpoint, Word, Excel 
• Experience in managing managing events and briefing suppliers 
• Ability to analyse and interpret data to inform plans and activity
