About the Role:
This is not your average Office Manager role! You'll be the heart of the office, keeping things running smoothly while bringing an upbeat and motivating energy to the team. Working closely with the directors, you’ll oversee office operations, accounts, and day-to-day administration, no two days will be the same!
This role offers flexibility, stability, and the chance to own your space in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Be the cheer captain, boost team morale and create a positive workplace vibe!
- Manage Xero bookkeeping, retention accounts, and tender filing.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors, including supply drop-offs to sites.
- Liaise with accountants, IT, and marketing consultants.
- Handle office admin, ordering supplies, and internal/external communications.
About you: - 5+ years’ experience as an Office Manager, PA, or EA.
- Advanced Xero skills as you’ll be handling accounts and bookkeeping.
- Construction industry experience is a huge plus!
