We’re on the lookout for experienced Project Engineers with a proven track record in managing multiple projects across the civil and infrastructure construction industry.

Project Values between $5 - $40m

Your Role
As a Project Engineer, you’ll take the lead in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving the execution and completion of construction projects on time and within budget.
• Overseeing the day-to-day management of project sites, ensuring progress aligns with planned milestones.
• Maintaining accurate and timely project records and documentation.
• Preparing essential project correspondence, programming, and cost estimates.
• Coordinating project schedules, procuring contractor services, and offering technical expertise.
• Building and nurturing strong relationships with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.
• Thriving in a fast-paced environment filled with logistical and technical challenges, all while growing alongside a supportive and talented team.

What You Bring
We’re seeking individuals with:

• A Civil Engineering Degree (equivalent to NZQF Level 7), ideally accredited under the Washington Accord.
• 5+ years of experience in delivering mid to large-scale roading or infrastructure projects in the civil/construction sector.
• A proactive mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A passion for teamwork and driving high-quality results.
