The Role:
We’re looking for a New Homes Consultant to help clients through the process of purchasing new builds. Key responsibilities include:

• Client Engagement: Meet with potential buyers, understand their needs, and recommend home designs that are a good fit.
• Lead Management: Generate, follow up, and convert leads into sales.
• Sales Process: Oversee the sales process from initial inquiry through to signed contracts.
• Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and delivery for clients.

About You:

• 2–4 years of experience in home sales, real estate, or a related field.
• Proven sales success with a strong record of closing deals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and close sales effectively.
• Knowledge of home design and construction processes (advantageous).
• A proactive, organized, and customer-focused approach.

What’s on Offer:

• Base Salary: $50K–$60K + uncapped commission.
• Bonuses: $6K per sale on company-owned land; $10K per sale on non-company-owned land.
