Lynx has partnered with a well-regarded commercial main contractor to find a high-calibre Site Manager. With over 30 years in business, they've built a strong reputation as a leader in NZ construction. Specializing in Commercial, Education, Light Commercial, and Healthcare sectors, they handle both new builds and remediations. They genuinely value their team, creating a strong, supportive culture where everyone works closely together and feels part of a tight-knit group.


The Role:

We're seeking an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of medium to large-scale projects from start to finish. This role closely resembles a Project Manager position, where you'll independently manage your own site, except for projects valued at $20M–$30M, which will involve collaborating with multiple Site Managers. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow within a supportive, close-knit team, backed by a management group that truly values hard work and fosters development.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of site management experience in NZ
• Proven success on medium to large scale commercial projects ($10M+)
• Well-rounded construction experience (not niche-focused)
• Strong knowledge of NZ construction codes
• Positive, growth-oriented attitude
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills to contribute to the team's supportive and collaborative culture.
