• Ensure all unplanned maintenance needs are coordinated through the supervisor and completed on time
• Conduct site surveys and reports as requested
• Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals
• Following building plans and reading blueprints 

• Have the appropriate plumbing certification or be trade qualified
• A proven background in plumbing installation, maintenance, servicing and remedial repairs in either Residential or Commercial Structures
• Adept at reading plans and executing accordingly
• Be extremely diligent with Health & Safety Regulations 
• Have the eagerness to upskill for your own development
• Reliability and Punctuality is essential
• The ability to work autonomously
