About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has become available for a skilled and experienced Property Valuer to join a dynamic team within a reputable organization. This position offers the chance to work across a variety of property types and provide expert valuation services to a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property valuations for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
• Prepare comprehensive valuation reports aligned with industry standards.
• Analyze market trends and provide accurate property value insights.
• Collaborate with clients, agents, and financial institutions to gather essential data.
• Stay informed of market developments, legal regulations, and valuation methodologies.

Ideal Candidate:

• Registered or licensed valuer with relevant qualifications.
• Proven experience in property valuation, ideally across multiple property types.
• Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in relevant valuation software/tools.
•  Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
