Lynx Recruitment are partnered with a reputable facade company is seeking a seasoned Project Manager with extensive expertise in facades to join their team on a full-time basis.
 
We are looking for a Project Manager to work with internal teams, improve efficiency, and provide overall support to the project delivery teams
 
Applicants must have a proven track record in managing facade projects, coupled with exceptional leadership abilities and strong communication skills.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple facade projects from start to finish, focusing on commercial construction.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as quality assurance and control standards.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with internal teams, external stakeholders, third-party designers, engineering consultants, main contractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Coordinate, lead, and motivate site teams to deliver top-quality results.
• Proactively identify and resolve construction challenges, employing a systematic and logical approach.
• Maintain thorough project documentation, including progress updates, health and safety records, QA reports, and compliance materials.

Required Experience:

• At least four years of experience in facade construction as a Project Manager, ideally with a subcontractor specializing in facades.
• Comprehensive knowledge of facade systems, vertical construction processes, materials, and methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels, from on-site workers to clients.
• Skilled in identifying potential challenges and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
