Position Overview:

Our client, a top-performing real estate professional based in the heart of Auckland’s CBD, covering the vibrant Ponsonby and Grey Lynn areas, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Personal Assistant. This full-time role requires someone capable of managing a dynamic, high-pressure environment while ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative and personal assistant support to a high-performing agent.
• Manage appointments, client correspondence, and communications.
• Process property listings, marketing campaigns, and contracts.
• Coordinate and schedule property viewings and open homes.
• Prepare documentation and presentations for client meetings.
• Maintain and manage client databases.
• Perform general office duties as required.
• Ensure contracts and compliance documents are prepared and processed accurately.

What We Are Looking For:

• Past Expertise: Previous experience in a similar role within the real estate industry is advantageous.
• Accuracy & Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to ensure every task is completed accurately and to the highest standard.
• Outstanding Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively, meet deadlines, and excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech Savviness: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new real estate software.
• Self-Motivation & Independence: Someone who takes initiative, works efficiently with minimal supervision, and consistently delivers high-quality results.
