Our client, a leader in high-quality cost management solutions, is looking for a skilled Junior to Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their Tauranga team.
  
About the Role
As a key member of their team, you will:

• Perform accurate measurements 
• Lead high-end residential tendering processes.
• Manage builders' claims, including processing variations and issuing payment claims.
• Collaborate on consultant QS tasks such as feasibility studies, insurance estimates, and bank-related work (training provided).

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2–3 years working as a Quantity Surveyor in New Zealand.
• Skills: Strong background in measurement and tendering, with a focus on high-end residential projects.
• Knowledge: Experience with NZS4202 and/or ANZ SMM standards is essential.
• Communication: Highly proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Bonus Skills: Prior experience with consultant QS work (feasibility studies, insurance estimates, bank-related projects) is advantageous but not mandatory.
