The Role

We’re looking for a driven and outgoing Business Development Manager to expand the company’s client base and secure new projects. This role is highly mobile, with significant time spent on the road building relationships with developers, architects, and builders. You’ll identify opportunities, drive project specifications, and foster long-term partnerships.
The position includes a strong CRM system with a wealth of existing leads. You’ll also collaborate with the General Manager on business strategies and represent the company at industry events to further expand their reach.


What We’re Looking For

• Energetic, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• 1–3 years of sales experience in a construction-related field.
• Confident and professional, with the ability to educate and engage clients.
• Proven time management and organizational skills.
• A valid New Zealand working visa is required.

• Base Salary: $110k - $150k
