The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction of an apartment block in Queenstown, including 50 dual-key units. This project covers all stages of construction, from foundations through to fitout, including structural steel, Comflor structure, and a full façade system.
The project kicks off in May, and we’re hiring now to bring someone on board by February to manage pre-construction activities and assemble a team of Site Managers.

What We’re Looking For
We need an all-rounder and capable PM who can take full ownership of the project. The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in large-scale commercial builds, ideally apartments.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, including structural systems, facades, and fitouts.
• Proven ability to manage teams, including Site Managers and subcontractors.
• 8+ years in Construction Management in NZ.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with a focus on safety, timelines, and results.
• Candidates based outside Queenstown are welcome, with relocation support available.
