Junior Investment Analyst - Property

Lynx are partnered with a well known Commercial Contractor that are hiring for an Investment Analyst to focus on commercial property developments

We’re offering a unique opportunity for a property graduate with 1–2 years’ experience to step into a high-impact investment role.

You'll work closely with a Senior Analyst inside the investment division of a respected commercial construction contractor.

This is not a back-office role.
You'll be out meeting developers, inspecting sites, building feasibility models, and learning the mechanics of turning land into legacy.

This role is for you if you’ve ever wondered:

• How are multimillion-dollar property deals made?
• What separates a ‘good’ site from a great one?
• How do investors decide whether to go ahead—or walk away?

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting feasibility studies and investment analysis for commercial developments
• Building financial models (DCF, NPV, IRR) and scenario planning
• Researching the market: pricing, rents, yields, risks, zoning, comparables
• Preparing deal packs, presentations, and board submissions
• Attending site inspections and sitting in meetings with brokers, developers, and consultants
• Learning the full life cycle of a property investment—from concept to completion

We’re looking for someone who:

• Must have a Bachelors degree in Property
• Has 1–2 years of relevant experience (valuations, research, advisory, or feasibility)
• Knows their way around Excel and can build or dissect a financial model
• Communicates clearly and confidently, and isn't afraid to ask the right questions
• Is genuinely curious about property investment—and ready to grow fast
