About the role:
- We’re on the lookout for a switched on, people focused Growth & Support Specialist to join a growing national brand in the commercial fitout space.
- This role blends business coaching, operational support, and strategic development to help franchise partners thrive.
- You’ll work closely with local business owners across NSW/ACT, offering hands on support in everything from pipeline and profitability to compliance and capability.
- No two days are the same, so if you love travelling between projects, building genuine partnerships, and seeing others succeed, you’ll thrive here.
What you’ll be doing: - Supporting franchise partners on business growth, financial performance, and client relationships.
- Coaching on project delivery, cash flow, sales processes, and supplier negotiations.
- Leading onboarding and training for new franchise partners.
- Facilitating reviews, site visits, performance reporting, and improvement plans.
- Playing a key role in compliance, contract guidance, and brand integrity.
- Attending and contributing to industry-leading events, forums, and conferences.
What you'll bring: - Cert IV in Building & Construction OR Diploma of Business/Management.
- Strong experience in fitouts, construction, or project delivery.
- Strong business acumen where you are able to coach on forecasting, reporting & systems.
- Confident communicator who can influence, lead, and support.
- Proficiency in tools like Xero, Buildxact, Zoho CRM (or similar).
- A driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly across NSW/ACT.
