About the role:

As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be hands-on from project kick-off to completion, managing budgets, building relationships, and driving commercial success across projects ranging from $1M–$15M. You’ll collaborate closely with some of the industries best and work across high-spec builds for blue-chip clients.

What you’ll be doing:

• Estimating, procurement & tender submissions.
• Subcontractor management & contract negotiations.
• Financial forecasting & reporting.
• Ensuring commercial success across multiple North Island projects.
• Collaborating closely with project teams to drive quality outcomes and maintain high standards across every build.
