Were on the lookout for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead key national projects and mentor a growing team.

The Role:

• Manage and deliver complex, high-profile commercial fit-out projects
• Lead and mentor a team of x5 Project Managers across multiple sites
• Ensure projects are completed on time, to budget, and meet client expectations
• Coordinate with subcontractors, manage labour planning, and oversee H&S on site
• Work closely with the General Manager on strategic client relationships and team development
• Drive financial performance and operational improvements across projects

What You’ll Need:

• Proven leadership in project management, ideally within the fit-out or construction space
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial and financial acumen to enhance project profitability
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting and developing others
• A solutions-driven mindset with a focus on safety, quality, and delivery
