Key Information
Facility: Aboriginal Medical Service
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 0830 – 1700 and Friday, 0830 – 1500, with a 30-minute lunch break
After Hours / on-call: None
Consult Time / Patient Load: Standard appointments are booked in 20-minute consultations, you can expect to see 10-20 patients per day.
Billing: Bulk Billing Practice
Software: Communicare
Staff: This is a solo GP role, and you will work alongside a skilled team that includes Registered Nurse, AHW, and Clinic Coordinator / AHP. In partnership with CheckUp, a visiting diabetic educator and other allied health professionals will also visit regularly. The team travels to a nearby rural town within the region once a week for a full day.
The offer: For the right GP, an incredibly generous salary of up to $400k a year + Super is on offer, along with salary packaging, accommodation, a car, a relocation bonus, and other benefits.
