Shift times: 0800 - 1600, 1000 - 1900, 1400 - 2200, 2130 - 0830
Consult Time / Patient Load: Current GPs see up to 60 patients daily during the summer.
Software: Mostly computer-based, still must request radiology on paper.  Results checking,  note writing, and pathology requests can all be made online. eReferrals available for tertiary hospitals.
Staff: You will work with a team of experienced ED nursing staff to support you, an excellent nurse practitioner, and have good support via ETS, including mental health, general emergency/trauma, stroke and obstetric/midwifery) and Perth hospitals just a phone call away. The other GP ED support is available 24/7 if needed.
