Role: General Practice (First Nations Health)
Dates: 6th January - Ongoing
Duration: 2-week Minimum commitment
Hours: Monday to Friday, with an hour for lunch (working hours TBC).
After Hours / on-call: Nursing home visits
Consult Time / Patient Load: 20-minute consults, with the expectation for locums to see 10-15 patients per day.
Patient Demographic: 80% of the community are First Nations People.
Billing: Bulk Billing Practice
Software: Best Practice
Staff: You will be supported by a friendly and experienced team of 3 (1 full-time; 2 Locums) GPs and 2 RNs, 1 EEN, 2 Aboriginal Health Workers, and Visiting Allied Health and Specialists.
Pay: $1,500 flat rate per day + GST
Provisions: Mileage and accommodation provided
