- Keep HubSpot accurate and up to date, creating clear visibility of client activity, commitments and next steps.
- Coordinate compliance, health & safety administration and construction support across active projects.
- Bring people together through client events, team initiatives and community engagement activities.
- Support the Directors by turning priorities into action and keeping momentum across the business.
- Identify smarter ways of working and continuously improve systems, processes and client experiences as the business grows.
What You'll Bring We're looking for someone who takes initiative, is highly organised and can confidently juggle multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail, a positive outlook and a welcoming approach.
You'll ideally have:
- Significant operations, senior administration, business support or client coordination experience.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Experience working across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence using CRM systems and business software.
- The ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- High levels of initiative and accountability.
- A professional, warm and approachable manner.
- A sharp eye for detail while maintaining a focus on the bigger picture.
Experience in residential construction, property development, professional services, or deadline-driven, project-based environments will be highly regarded. This role is full-time, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend showhome cover required as part of a shared roster.
If you're someone who takes pride in creating exceptional client experiences, building strong relationships and helping a business operate at its best, we'd love to hear from you.
